Q. What products do you use?
A. My cleaning products are made of plant-derived natural cleaning agents, essential oils and botanical extracts. For most
common cleaning tasks I use Citra-Solv® products, a citrus extract based cleaner which delivers the same results as
commercial products without using harsh chemicals or petroleum distillates. I also use products which you may already be
familiar with such as LifeTree®, Seventh Generation®, Ecover®, BioKleen® and Earth Friendly Products® to name a few.
Q. Will it be a different person cleaning my house each time?
A. Sparkling Green Home is owner-operated. Your home or office will be serviced exclusively by the owner of the
company each visit. There will never be different crews in and out of your home.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, I am covered under contractor’s liability insurance to ensure the safety of your
home and your valued possessions.
Q. Do you also clean windows?
A. Although window cleaning is not a part of my basic residential service, it can be
added to your service detail for additional fees. Please request window cleaning at the
time of your complementary consultation to ensure the service is added to your price
quote.
Q. How long should I expect the cleaning to take?
A. When you receive your price quote after the initial consultation, it will also include
an estimated completion time. Keep in mind this is an estimated time and be assured

that everything discussed during your consultation will be cleaned regardless of any timing challenges that may arise.
The first cleaning will always require additional time as I will pay attention to areas that may have become neglected
over time.
Q. Are your services guaranteed?
A. Yes, all of my cleaning services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you feel something was not cleaned
to your satisfaction or was simply overlooked, please give me a call within 24 hours and I’ll come back out to re-clean the
area of concern for you at no additional charge.
